Bay Campus Arrivals

Before you Arrive

1. Accept your Occupation Contract and complete your online Induction here.
2. For our main Arrivals period, in September 2025, you should book an arrival timeslot to arrive on campus.
   If your tenancy begins outside of these times, you may arrive outside of the chosen timeslot on or after your Contract Start Date.
3. Meet your flatmates and discuss items you may wish to share. This avoids 5 toasters and no saucepans in your shared kitchen!

On Arrival

Tuesday 17th to Sunday 22nd September, between 9am – 5pm

If you are travelling by car/van, you will be greeted upon arrival and should proceed along the road within the campus to the Key Collection marquee.

• Staff will issue the keycard to the accommodation whilst you are in your vehicle.
• You will then be directed to the closest courtyard to your accommodation building and permitted 20 minutes to unload belongings.
• We kindly ask that after 20 minutes, your vehicle is moved off campus. Our designated car park at Bay Studios will be free of charge during the Arrivals period.

If you are arriving on foot/bike/public transport, please walk directly to the Key Collection marquee near the front of the campus.

On Arrival

Please visit Reception, located next to the Sports Hall and Laundrette.

Opening Times:

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm

You will be required to register your vehicle at Reception for loading (if applicable). Once registered, you will be permitted to park for up to 2 hours without charge.
