Student Spaces

Whether you're looking for a quiet learning space for individual study, somewhere to work together as a group, or you just need a place to relax and unwind in between or after your studies, there's plenty of space for you on campus.

Below you'll find information on our key spaces across both campuses (outside of the library buildings), including quiet spaces, PC labs and out of hours openings. If you're a society looking for space, you can contact your Societies Officer using the link below.

Our spaces range from fully equipped student learning spaces with microwaves and vending machines, to comfortable corners where you can sit down, plug in and recharge.

Building Closures Over the Festive Period

The following spaces remain open 24/7 over the Festive Period:

• Union House PC lab 302 on Singleton Campus will be open 24/7.
• PC Lab 004 in Nanhyfer on Bay Campus will be open 24/7.

Fulton House building will be open over the festive period - for opening times of specific services within the building, such as catering and retail, head over to our catering webpages. 

You can find the library opening times on the University website. 

All other buildings/spaces on campus will close in line with the University reduced service period, which runs from 5pm on Tuesday 23 December 2025, with full service resuming at 8am on Monday 5 January 2026.
