Due to essential system updates, we are temporarily unable to accept new referrals. We expect normal operations to resume on Monday 14th July.

Please see below for alternative options for support during this time:

Our webpage has self-help resources which you can access.

Student Space – A dedicated support space for students in higher education including text and webchat support from trained volunteers, as well as information and tools to help you.

Togetherall – A free, online mental health service where you can anonymously access support 24/7 with trained clinicians, as well as a range of helpful tools and resources.  It is a safe place online to get things off your chest, have conversations, express yourself creatively and learn how to manage your mental health.

If you feel that you urgently need help with your difficulties, it is important that you contact your GP, visit your nearest hospital emergency department or call NHS Wales on 111 to access any statutory care and support you may need. Our Help in a Crisis webpage also provides further information.

If you need information or you're worried about something, feel upset or confused, or you just want to talk to someone, you can contact the Samaritans by calling 116 123 from the UK, or email jo@samaritans.org.
